Today, I want to talk about the power of being "Isolated" because when God has called you to do his work "Isolation" is a natural part of the process in positioning you according to his will over your life.
To be "Isolated" means to be set apart. Meaning this portion of your journey is all about your metamorphosis phase. Which means however you enter the isolation process will not be the reflection of how you exit the isolation process.
The book of "Luke" talks about how when Jesus started his ministry at 30 years of age He was baptized by His cousin "John the Baptist", was filled with the Holy Spirit and was then led by the Holy Spirit into the "wilderness" where he fasted for 40 days and 40 nights and was tempted by satan.
Once He aced His temptation test, He returned to civilization and was hungry. Afterwards He began performing the miracles of God and the great multitudes came together to hear and be healed by Him. So Jesus Himself
"Often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed"
- Luke 5:16
Your desire for friends, and experiences are a distraction to your process or in other words it is satan's was of "tempting" you. Remember Jesus prayed, fasted and bypassed satan's temptations by the Word of God. By doing so, He defeated death and lived a perfect life. You and I will never be Jesus but the process is always the same. Even the Prince of Peace told us in Matthew that moving mountains are done by "praying & fasting" which he did in "Isolation often".
Isolation is on purpose so that you may live God's purpose over your life in the land of the living. Pray, Fast, & allow God's word to be planted in your heart + mind.
